How will you help and support me over the long term?
We do have a facility called Owners Exclusive which is controlled from the Owners Enquiry Centre. We can organise any repair to your caravan that may be required, answer all questions you might have and keep you informed of any events, activities, owner parties and developments

Can we sell our caravan ourselves?
Yes you can sell caravans on the Park, but there are requirements to comply with. These are detailed in the Private Sales Agreement which is printed on the back of your invoice. Also, you can pass the caravan over to a blood relative and if they pay you for the caravan we class this as a family transfer. Alternatively, it is also possible to sell caravans off-Park to a trader, although we wouldn't recommend this as the value off-Park is less than on the Park.

How much would I get for my caravan if I sold it after a year?
If you were seriously thinking of owning a caravan for just one year, we would advise you not to go ahead as caravans are just like cars - they do depreciate and the first year is the worst. After that, it really depends on how well you look after your caravan and the state of the economy.

Are you interested in what I want?
Of course we are. It is really important we give you all the information on expenses and how you might be able to offset your costs. We give you every opportunity to look around the Park and into as many caravans as you like, so that we can find the right package for you and your family. Remember, our relationship with you is for the long term.

Are your parks safe enough for our children?
Our parks all have 24 hour security. Many of our caravans have alarms fitted and that is an option for you to consider. Our security people at the entrance to the complex are trained not to let any youngsters out on their own, and not to let anyone in without a pass. After we have walked around the Park and explored the facilities, you and your family can decide.

Do your Parks allow pets?
