During your first year of Caravan Ownership you can sign up to our guaranteed lease scheme. Whether or not your holiday home is let, we guarantee you a fixed income in your first year. Please note holiday homes must be 5 years old or newer to be applicable for guaranteed lets.

Executive Partnership
Executive Partnership is our premium subletting scheme. It offers enhanced benefits to Owners who make their holiday home available for a minimum of 7 weeks during our holiday hotspots. By agreeing to sublet during these main holidays, you receive priority bookings on your holiday home and increased earning opportunities. You also receive additional benefits to our standard subletting scheme:

• Our no loss – no damage promise – we will replace any items listed on the standard inventory, free of charge if they are lost or damaged

Please note: Haven is recognised for the high standard of accommodation it offers and therefore, will not let out holiday homes older than 7 years old - 2001 or newer.
